📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Oversee daily departmental activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Handle staff disciplinary issues and ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
