📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boom lifts and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Carry out troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure all machinery is in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs for record-keeping.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boom Lift Mechanic or similar role in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, preferably from recognized institutions.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as CAT Diagnostics, OnBoard Diagnostics (OBD), and other relevant equipment-specific software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the mining and construction industries.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
