📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately prepared and served.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
