As part of our leasing team, you'll be the face of our mall, helping tenants secure their spaces and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, you'll work closely with our leasing team and tenants to manage the leasing process, from initial inquiries to finalizing leases. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Excel to track tenant information and leasing progress, and you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process for retail and food & beverage tenants, from initial inquiries to finalizing leases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure tenants meet our space requirements.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals, including rent structures, terms, and conditions.
• Track tenant information and leasing progress using Salesforce and Excel.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our loyalty program for tenants.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leasing and retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, retail, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, contracts, and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
