📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical problems.
• Perform pre-repair inspections and post-repair tests to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Use diagnostic scanners, specialty tools, and repair manuals to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain and organize workshop tools and equipment to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with the service advisor and other team members to provide excellent customer service and meet customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and preventive care to keep vehicles in optimal condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in a similar role.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Familiarity with diagnostic scanners, specialty tools, and repair manuals for various vehicle makes and models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of automotive safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
