📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for the open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company culture and values to ensure candidates are a good fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding of candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
