📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical documents,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into technical content,Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical writing skills,Support other departments as needed with technical writing tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail,Proficiency in technical documentation tools and software,Familiarity with technical writing best practices and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
