📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Conduct and supervise laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Train and mentor junior lab technicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Document and report laboratory findings and results.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Certifications in laboratory safety and quality assurance are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
