Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
