Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Train and mentor sales teams to improve performance,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Assist in the development of new products or services,Participate in trade shows and other promotional events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends,Willingness to travel for business purposes
