📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.,Manage and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats.,Oversee system backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software maintenance.,Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.,Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
