📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract high-quality candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job boards to expand the talent pool.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with hybrid work arrangements is a plus.
