📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and promptly.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance and customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Monitor cash flow and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Leadership and team management experience.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid certification in cash handling and financial management is a plus.
