📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
