📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in warehouse environments.
