📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell our property products and services.,Generate leads and maintain a high conversion rate.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
