📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle supplier and customer communications regarding inventory and delivery.,Participate in regular audits and quality control checks to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
