📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers in the West Region.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide reports to management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
• Represent Lesaffre Indonesia at customer meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with sales management software such as SAP Sales and Distribution or similar.
• Understanding of market trends and competition in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to travel frequently within the West Region.
