📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in data entry and maintenance using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and debtors
- Conduct initial contact and follow-up with debtors to resolve outstanding accounts
- Document all collection activities and follow up on unresolved cases
- Collaborate with the team to improve collection processes and procedures
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on collection activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or debt collection role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fluent in Indonesian and English
