📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties in Jakarta Pusat, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants have a seamless experience.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans to ensure the well-being of our tenants and staff.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure that they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
• Work closely with our property management team to address tenant concerns and ensure that their needs are met.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our properties are presented in the best possible light to potential tenants.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Building Manager role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Jakarta.
