🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, technical support, or a related role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
